- actually reads them?
- believes they make sense in that form?
- is distracted by them, making it harder to find out THE ACTUALLY IMPORTANT information?
- would rather have resources WE pay to have those, being used for useful things?

So, I bought this magnetic cup holder on sale at Harbor freight Tools the other day. It's a metal cup-holder with powerful magnets on the back so you can stick it to a metal workbench, toolbox, shelf, or other. Simple right. But the box it came in has this dire looking list of warnings, starting out with, "1. Wear ANSI approved safety goggles during use."
