Productivity is not something we should aim for in the care sector. The focus needs to be on quality and effective person-centred care. All productivity gets you is crap care and crap working conditions.

We should be very concerned by a government that only sees things through the lens of productivity. They are dismantling the NDIS by stealth.

I think the PC is full of wallies when they talk about #ai but I do think they are right about this. Lesson plans are a b$tch and why they haven’t been streamlined when every student who does a diped has to write 100s of them is beyond me.
