Anyone playing Minecraft on the Steam Deck?
I have the following issue:
Prism Launcher, installed FTB OceanBlock 2 modpack and only added Controlify mod to it.
On shutdown, it gets stuck on Saving World.
After 30 minutes, I force-closed it.

I just tried the Modrinth App again, and it’s way better than last time I tried. My go-to has been PrismLauncher, but either I missed some feature or switching mc version with mods isn’t trivial.

I was wondering how to sync minecraft instances across devices since Nextcloud is absolutely not up to the task. Then someone mentioned syncthing and I switched to it yesterday and it is absolutely fabulous.

I remember trying out syncthing decades ago and dismissing it in favour of dropbox for my use-case back then. Yeah, different use-case, I'm still using nextcloud for other tasks, but syncthing has definitely improved a lot.

- Нужная Java скачивается теперь сама.
(раньше, моим друзьям на винде приходилось искать её самостоятельно в интернете, что было не быстро. :blobcatsad:)
- Возможность установить более оптимизированную Java. (там оказывается разные бывают, жесть. :blobcatchewwire:)
- Локальный менеджер скинов.
- Больше фильтров поиска в каталоге модов.

I think it's a funny meme that the #JunkStore got removed from #Steam as soon as they went live xD

As the #PrismLauncher's creator said; Steam does not generally allow launchers to be published on Steam unless it's arcade/retro - point being, eventhough they might own the launcher, they certainly don't own the rights to distribute the games/launchers that come with it.

#Valve doesn't think this is a good idea and obviously, they're right. It makes perfect sense, lol. Also in Junk Store's case, no love is lost for me for a #FOSS turned Proprietary app to poof away when you have other better FOSS alternatives (i.e. launchers) to turn to.
