A repost of the very first #MeerMittwoch photo I put up here simply because this picture was taken six years ago today on the last day of what was effectively our tenth wedding anniversary cruise. This is just south of Japan, heading back to Yokohama to depart the next day and fly home.

It's #SchiffsSamstag so here's the first #cruise ship we ever sailed on. This was from 2008 on our honeymoon, and this is Diamond Princess in Nha Trang, Vietnam. You can tell that we're on a tender boat heading ashore here. What you can't see is how much I'm sweating because Vietnam is so ridiculously humid.

#TravelPhotography from #OnThisDay in 2008. We had the blackest of clouds and the most ferocious of rainstorms at sea this day although this photo was taken before the storm rolled in. Despite that, it was so warm, so humid here as we were en route to Singapore after a couple of days in Vietnam.
