After two full months of waiting, my copy of #TheSeaInMe arrived, at last. It actually was mailed from Sweden, but is a Penguin Australia book.
Have now added it to my #CodySimpson collection. Wonder what we'll see next from Codes.... feels like another edition by #PrinceNeptune is in order, sometime in the next year, or two, perhaps.
Considering #TheSeaInMe depicts and mentions an ice cream van, quite the coincidence that one passed through here last night. #books

Had my first notified interaction with #BlueSky, after @the-singer.bsky.social fav'd this post/toot: https://mastodon.social/@wpgne/112726278421416144 , which was on #PrinceNeptune & Codes.
Wasn't aware the bridge allowed for that sort of thing, now. Good to know, going forward.
Hopefully Cody realises Code 102 would also apply to electronic "islands"....

#PrinceNeptune is stirring, once again... Or at least @[email protected] is quoting his Code 101, with Emma over in France, and him back at home.
Hope he's not feeling too lonely or jealous.
Still waiting for Cody and/or Nep to connect their Threads accounts to the Fediverse. Perhaps it's beyond their comprehension.

And, as of a few minutes ago, I have completed the transcription of #PrinceNeptune 's first collection of poetry and prose into my log. It's taken me five weeks and five days to go about this task, and I've refrained from interrupting the writing with any of my own log entries, so it's all there in a contiguous manner. This was a very worthwhile and seemingly important thing to do. Your words are now my words, Nep. We'll see you come out of your secluded lair again one day soon.

Put down #PrinceNeptune Codes 73 & 75 this morning. Guess you could unofficially title 75 as "Eager For Everything", since each stanza ends on that. Line 2 is the title of a song I've heard many times before.
I did also record Code 74. It's untitled, but are the original verses for "Golden Thing", which had a few added to round it out as a @[email protected] track. That song envisions Codes playing his guitar on the grassy hill

Have now recorded #PrinceNeptune Codes 49, 50, 53, 54, 55, & 56, along with "Freedom", in ink. Of course, I've mentioned and seen #50 many times. It's one of Nep's Top Codes. Gotta say Code 54 remains one of my favs. Lines 2, 3, 4, *5*, 6, 10, 18 & 19 stick out to me. Can feel how those times were for Nep. I did travel the PCH myself, once, but it was merely a brief two day side journey, as I began the trip home from California. #poetry

Transcribed #PrinceNeptune Codes 46, 47, and 48 just now. Must say 40 & 46 have some similarities, although the former gives you a sense of what our earth will be like if we do not get climate change under control. The latter reminds me of a slightly more pleasant "Brave New World". I do wonder whom Nep was quoting in Code 48. Feeling some definite Kerouac vibes from how it's written. Maybe Nep is quoting his alter ego, @[email protected] ... that would be interesting.

Completed transcribing #PrinceNeptune Codes 42, 43, 44, & 45 today. I can just imagine the visions/stories behind where Nep got the inspiration to write some of the more "descriptive" ones, like #45.

I'm in the process of transcribing all of young #PrinceNeptune 's published works of poetry and prose into my log book. I've had a copy of PN sitting on my table for several weeks and thought that would be a good thing to do. Wrote in Code 31, 32, 33, & 34 this morning. The last line from Code 30 sums up what his counterpart @[email protected] is going through right now, especially in the #Paris2024 homestretch.

Have decided to keep a copy of #PrinceNeptune on my table for the foreseeable future, next to my notes and logbooks.

This is very interesting... Our solar system's planet, #Neptune does not have the deep blue colour it is depicted with, as I can recall from seeing it in textbooks. It very much resembles #Uranus , in actuality. I guess the artificial colour enhancements helped to differentiate the two. And, you know, it's good that the true colour of Neptune is more like the shade of #PrinceNeptune 's first book, which is a pale teal. Seems much more fitting and appropriate, now.

Sizing was also one of the reasons I did not purchase a #PrinceNeptune rugby jersey last year. I wasn't confident an XL would fit me, and because I couldn't return it, I had to hold off. The sizes of those two pairs of shorts I bought were on the tighter side of XL, particularly the second pair, so that told me a shirt/jersey would likely be too snug to be comfortably worn. Yes, if I was in better shape, this would be less of an issue. And, I have dropped about forty pounds from my maximum.

Speaking of #PrinceNeptune: Codes was wearing a pendant with the Nep trident at his hotel bday outing. Seems reminiscent of that earlier "No Sleep" photo I posted, although it is different there. That platter he's holding with the sweets and fruit on it, plus the handwritten Happy Birthday card/edible has some similarities to that hockey puck I posted. As well, the pic of him on the pool lounger is like the one of him laying down playing guitar from his "Viper Room" days. Nice pics, Codes.

He also quoted #PrinceNeptune 's Code number twenty-six in the text: "All my life I've possessed an overwhelming sense of my own mortality, therefore an immense desire to be free and to be free right now."
Sailing certainly offers him that feeling, no doubt about that.

Another note on this: the clothing Codes confides in me about is not directly #PrinceNeptune -related. Although, I wouldn't preclude the possibility of it happening in the future. In this #VisionOfCody , the selections he shows and discusses with me are for personal reasons. It is a well thought out short/long-term plan which I fully agreed with during his entire "pitch" to me.

With the news from #PrinceNeptune that the trident is getting "redesigned"... kinda makes me wonder if there was some sort of trademark issue with adidas, perhaps? Hopefully he'll be able to keep the trident on any future books, at least. Nep did say there is a funny story behind the need to change things, after all.
I did not make a purchase from the third collection. There are a number of reasons why, which I will not elaborate on at this time.

Just in case @[email protected] and #PrinceNeptune weren't aware of it, I signed up their names to be placed aboard the #EuropaClipper - a #NASA spacecraft set to launch in October 2024 for Jupiter's moon #Europa , which may have a liquid water ocean beneath it's icy crust. Your names are now set to be on their way (along with mine) -- in a message in a bottle. The poem on the website ( https://europa.nasa.gov/message-in-a-bottle/sign-on/ ) would certainly be of interest to Nep! My "gift" to you guys.

Enjoyed this reading done by #PrinceNeptune from his Gold Coast-area back yard. Feels very organic and natural, so would love to see and hear more (assuming doing so doesn't interfere with his present professional obligations--he has a lot on his plate). I'd certainly be willing to sit with him, cross-legged, and silently ponder, one day, perhaps. This has already happened in multiple sleep and day visions, which I have not disclosed.

Opened up #PrinceNeptune just now to a random page, and read Code #92. A couple days ago, I did the same but landed on Code #23. Nep is living in his secluded world, whilst Codes is sequestered (self imposed or otherwise, I assume) for the duration of the swim trials. He'll be free-stylin' Friday, though...

Oh, I overlooked following the #PrinceNeptune account in the walled garden where he goes by the handle youngprincenep. Have corrected that oversight. Not that he uses that account much anymore, but still need to show my support.

I have picked up items from both of the #PrinceNeptune collections (keeping it consistent, so got blue shorts, twice). Will refrain from acquiring a rugby jersey, at this time. Would like to, but, for a few reasons, I'll be holding​ off.

Codes (#CodySimpson) has officially lost his blue check on that legacy social media platform. Wasn't sure if he was going to fork out to retain it or not, but think he made the right call (if there was one to even be made). It has been one year since I began reading #JackKerouac , with these selections now sitting atop and beneath #PrinceNeptune .
On this 101st anniversary of #Kerouac's birth, I will study a UK/Australia first edition of his premiere work #TheTownAndTheCity , which was acquired through a second-hand bookstore in Brisbane, QLD; consigned there by a former store employee. It was originally sold at The Phoenix Bookstore, which stood on the northeast side of where the Myer Centre is today. #books
