Today’s bake… a lot went wrong, I was clumsy, I was in a lot of pain, and I burned my hand.

I did have one for lunch and it was good, despite not looking as good as the first batch.

I made these 120g each which is probably too large. I’ll try 100g next time. I also tried an overnight cold ferment, but probably used too much yeast.

I forgot about this morning's bake! I made some pretzel buns/rolls, which turned out a little too tall/rounded. I need to flatten them a bit more next time.

Went to an ice cream place on the way back from my therapist's office for lunch and ice cream today! The food was nothing to write home about. The ice cream though was very delicious! I got salted caramel chocolate pretzel. It's salted caramel ice cream with small chocolate covered pretzels in it. So good! I'm glad I got a kiddie size though. I think anything bigger would have been too much. It is very decadent.
