Every Sunday I look back at the preceding week in Kpop and pick out a music video or performance that I have particularly liked. This week I have chosen Hearts2Hearts – Pretty Please.
This prerelease was a nice surprise to have before the comeback proper in October. I liked the song itself, so very SM girl group in its sound, and particularly enjoyed the singing of Yuha, Carmen, and Ye-on. Although the first rap fitted in so well, the second did not, or at least not to my ears. I was also slightly disappointed that the production for this cute song did not have smooth purity heard in “The Chase”; what was that male voice doing? I’ve heard that effect before, although I can’t remember where exactly. Probably somebody who knows more about music production than I do can say more about this.
I chose this stage because I like seeing the full choreography and the stylist did not incorporate those hideous overalls that have disfigured other “Pretty Please” stages. A-na looked especially pretty in the celadon top and with her hair up.

#Biden's DOJ under #Garland slow-walked the classified docs case in what was not incompetence but extreme malfeasance. They had no intention of bringing #Trump to justice.
They dropped the ball on EVERY SINGLE CASE (#Jan6 #Insurrection, #FakeElectors, #ElectionInterference in Georgia) but nothing screams misconduct than the delay induced by #prettyPlease in the #Documents case.
Fault is Biden's, not Garland's, and we suffer

I paid attention, and complained about #Biden's #virtueSignaling in choosing #Garland ever since. You obviously didn't read reports of how Biden knee-capped Garland, despite link above 🙄
#US made a mistake letting #Nixon go. Biden repeated by saying he preferred #unity over #investigation.
Don't even get me started on how they did a #prettyPlease in the #classifiedDocuments case, and once they had an airtight case, went to #Florida instead of #DC, where the crime was committed

Reasonable people who don't know all the details of what the Congressional #EthicsCommittee found regarding #MattGaetz' sexual encounters, particularly with children, will agree that the report MUST be damning, or else why make such a public attempt to suppress it.
Then there are unreasonable people who believe that #Garland was not able to find out many of those facts about #Gaetz beyond what the two flimsy witnesses #prettyPlease told him, and consequently HAD to let Gaetz go 🙄

Seems like an easy way to transmit documents electronically using an adhoc peer-to-peer network without any traffic being intercepted.
Nobody has to see anything. Nobody has to know anything. The transfers are dark and silent.

An alert #AttorneyGeneral would've announced on Day 1 that #Jan6 was an #insurrection, and the #DOJ was investigating top leaders based on open public information.
An alert AG would not have squandered away time prosecuting theft of classified docs and nuclear secrets with #prettyPlease.
They would've investigated why search was not thorough. Why a closet remained unopened by #FBI?
An alert president, OR HIS TEAM, would've sought early correction of these errors. Buck stops.
