Can you use an #airless #paintsprayer as a #pressurewasher ?
Yes. The adapter for me was 1/4" NPT to the standard pressure washer M22-14 connector.
Should you? Probably not. The sprayer is designed for highly-filtered liquids. Any crap from your garden hose could score the pump's vitals and ruin it.
Pressure washers are much cheaper. Also: they produce more pressure.

Pressure washer trigger valve cracked this winter. Probably some water left in it, despite careful emptying. Should've blown it out with air or something.
Couldn't find a match for this so I'm ordering a whole new spray gun for €8.

Our cheap #pressurewasher started leaking from the handle, while I was using it to clean a lawnmower.
Took the screws out of the handle cover, inspected, didn't see anything, reassembled. Leaks.
Got box of assorted O-rings, replaced one at wand supply connector. Leaks.
Took cover off, hooked wand up, ran motor, saw thin fan of water shoot out of hairline crack in plastic tube. Oh!
Dried it out.
Slopped mixed epoxy onto tube, then wound nylon string tight around, then more #epoxy .
