Ok, so two teams in #TheOceanRace now have a 24h-distance above the previous record (set by Comanche, just about twice the size of an #Imoca), with a third yacht just about 1% below the record. Amazing technology!

Looks like these #Imoca one design masts aren't capable of withstanding #TheOceanRace conditions, are they? (Even though Ex-Hugo-Boss might not be the most durable boat in general.) And what now, given the one single spare part available is already needed for #PRB?? What an unbelievable blow for the team, and the race in general. -
