Supreme Court asks Election Commission to look into allegation of EVM malfunctioning in Kerala

A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta directed the ECI counsel to look into the issue after it was raised by advocate Prashant Bhushan.

SC Questions Anonymity of Electoral Bonds and Voters' Right to Information

After three days of hearing the constitutionality of the 2018 electoral bond scheme, the Supreme Court has reserved its judgment while directing the Election Commission of India to produce data on the quantum of electoral bonds purchased till September 30 this year.
