Are there any A Course in Miracles students here on Mastodon who are also interested in breathwork or fasting?

I’ve studied the Course for years, practise breathwork daily, and have fasted consistently since COVID began. For me, all three have become part of the same movement toward clarity, peace, and a simpler life.

I’d enjoy meeting others who are interested in practising these things plainly, without spiritual fog.
