Het zou @ibestuur sieren als ze die verschrikkelijke Amerikaanse trackers waar je iedere keer als je hun site bezoekt nee tegen moet zeggen zelf eens van hun site af zouden halen.

Ik ben geen voorstander van verbieden van het gebruik maken van bepaalde platforms. Maar ik vind dat aanwezigheid van politici op bepaalde platforms wel zeer veel zegt over hoe serieus ze digitale desinformatie, de verspreiding daarvan, en ongewenste beïnvloeding door #bigtech al dan niet serieus nemen.

I tell my #TaiChi students that the lower dantian is located on the body's vertical axis about the same level as the sacroiliac.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed, that when I practiced by myself I actually had the dantian about 5 cm lower than that.
So I tried raising it to match the position I instruct my students to use. Almost immediately, I experienced a radical improvement in posture and flow.
That just goes to show how important it is that you #PracticeWhatYouPreach

As a probably 25 year plus long supporter of #Amnesty, I'm saddened that #AmnestyInternational does not have a decent presence at #Mastodon.
Mastodon is a #publicvalues driven social media platform that aligns very well with the values of Amnesty International.
