Just discovered Cockatiel, a fantastic looking browser-based tool for audio #transcription:
https://github.com/crate-works/cockatielIt does in-browser voice activity detection to segment the audio! And then provides a nice interface for transcription/diarization, and exports to #ELAN or #Praat
All local processing, not uploading required!

I've been working a spectrogram and formant tracker that runs in the browser, as well as a voice practice tool that focuses on listening to your own voice. If you're working on your voice, have thousands of voice memos, many open Audacity windows, and a half dozen voice apps that mostly just make you feel bad, you might actually just be previous me. Give these a try and let me know if they work for you!

Phoneticians of Mastodon, help me with Praat. I seem to recall once upon a time there was an easy short-cut to make an interval appear across multiple tiers. What is it?
'Enter' just creates a boundary on the active tier. How do I make an interval boundary appear across all tiers without endlessly trying to click that damn circle?
