About slide presentations.
Avoiding 'death by powerpoint'Because I was taught each slide takes 3-5 mins, and less text per slide is better, my 30 min GDPR talk has 12 slides. Of those, one is just the title and my name and the last just says "Any Questions?"
I never just read all the text on the slides unless it is a quotation. I talk around the points.
The course averages about 35 mins if there is a discussion and questions.NB some of my slides take less than 2 mins as they are just listing at a high level the topics I cover, so 10+ slides take much less than 30 mins.
I do have longer courses, but they include scenarios for the group to practice.

As I endeavor to wrangle an errant tagging structure of a PowerPoint file towards an accessible PDF file, I find myself pushing the limits of whatever black magic fuels Acrobat.
I will not relent.
I curse the corporate greed, professional incompetence, and ultimately low-grade, mediocre, evil- manifesting through this fiendish abomination of corrupted deviance and fuckery.
This is no way to run a document object model!
