People are very tied to their language and don’t like change, especially when it #challenges a #PowerStructure . While this is precisely the point behind the change, it may make those uncertain about changing power structures uncomfortable.

Very interesting. Corporations like to externalize costs, and right-wing governments like to externalize governmental services and support by telling individuals to do things for themselves and not ask the government (which they elect and support) to help them.

Generally speaking, an attack on the #electricalGrid is an attack on the people. Not the #powerStructure per se.

We tend to rely on #electricity for #washingFood, #hygiene, and #drinkingWater.
