Hopefully this will help me figure out how to best train to accomplish my current short/mid-term goals, which are:

1) Run 3x/week (15K minimum)
2) Get to a point where running a 10K feels like running a 5K (i.e. I won’t procrastinate/be reluctant because it feels formidable/not fun)
3) Stop being out of breath all the time! 🥲

⚮⚮Amusing that #books are shipped from #Powells, Portland OR to Fife WA to Salt Lake City UT to get to Boise ID.
⚮⚮⚮Loud Year of the Dragon 2024 coffee cup is loud. I have, of course, misplaced it.

The second one is a Belgian Secret Stich. This was such a fun one to make - and it feels so professional, too!

When we visited Portland last summer, the only place we went many times was Powell's City of Books. It is the best bookstore in the world. I grabbed an extra bag because I knew I wanted to make a book out of it.

As we were leaving, a not-quite-a-picket-line had formed outside. The #labor organizers wanted people to go in and ship, but also wanted demonstrate and #organzie for better pay and healthcare.
