Back in my day, the heart of Potrero Hill was considered to be located at the top of the hill on Wisconsin between 23rd & 25th where the housing project & the rec center are located & I don't think that has changed.

It was a VERY dangerous place back then & I doubt that it's much better now.

One #PotreroHill #SFMuni rider was surprised to discover her #pickuptruck stolen while she rode the bus to work, and even more baffled by a #city policy requiring all stolen #CarOwners to take time off work and be physically present at #TowYard while #SFPD #police officers #verify and process #Impound records for recovered #StolenVehicles. She had to spend two full days at the ever hospitable #CityTow yard before getting her own wheels back.
