but as you see from the map, in the vast majority of cases, the location of the changing table isn't recorded.

We've added a new feature to our #Postpass service. We calculate and store the length/area of OSM objects, allowing you to query and filter based on it.

@harry_wood the purpose wasn't to load balance overpass, but to encourage people to learn how to use SQL.
So often, clients come needing OSM Data and they have an overpass query. And ... You could have written it in SQL!!!
