Hjälpte just en Tradera-handlare, hen hade åkt på straff-avgifter från Postnord, hade enligt dem skickat ett 30 x 40 cm stort paket som vägde över ett kilo ... innehållandes ett NFC kort, i kreditkorts-storlek, när "paketet" i verkligheten bara var något större än ett standard C5-kuvert.
Kontrollmätte både kort och kuvert, samt tog bilder för att hjälpa hen mot Postnord.

@iamkonstantin Postnord is the worst. They claimed to have tried to deliver my package twice to my door, blaming me for being on the toilet or otherwise not available. The second time I ran outside as soon as I got the message and a neighbour who was there said they hadn't seen anyone.
After fighting with their customer service it turned out it had never left their logistics centre, and they were just lying about it.

Igår fick jag ett samtal, men det gick bara en signal så jag hann inte ens ta upp telefonen innan det slutade ringa - 1 signal alltså. Ca 10 sekunder senare fick jag ett sms från postnord där de skrev att det inte gick att nå mig och att paketet därför skulle gå vidare till en postbox. Inget lur där inte... #postnord

- 23. april 05:24: Pakken har ankommet OSLO og gjøres klar for sending til LANGHUS
- 26. april 22:18: Pakken er kommet til LANGHUS og gjøres klar levering
- 27. april 08:55: Pakken er på vei til pakkeautomat
- 27. april 12:16: Vi har hentet pakken hos POSTNORD INTERNATIONAL GMBH DE IMPO
Så 08:55 var pakken allerede på vei til pakkeautomaten, men 3,5 time senere så plukker de opp pakken hos PostNord i TYSKLAND?!? Etter å ha vært en tur innom OSLO først!?
I dag står det at pakken "Leveres i dag" ... det hadde vært fint det. Og med tanke på at pakkeautomaten er under ca 1 times kjøring fra Langhus, så burde det jo være overkommelig.

#PostNord Jeg tænker de må have nogle konsulenter hos PostNord, som ikke kender til informationssikkerhed, inkl. phishing... og dermed synes, det er en fantastisk idé at ændre noget, der virker - nemlig at sende forsendelsesnummeret via sms, så man kan sige de fire sidste, når man henter pakken. Til at man nu skal klikke på et mærkeligt link eller scanne en QR-kode...

En postkasse i tyskland var glad I dag! Et af mine postkort fra danmark ankom efter at have rejst 413 KM på 82 dage!! (afleveret til PostNord 30DEC2025, befordret af DAO)

Med tanke på hur bra logistiksystem, appar, kartor och dyl vi har idag är det anmärkningsvärt att #Postnord och andra last-mile företag uppger att de levererar ett paket inom ett 5-timmarsfönster.
I dagens läge borde ett fönster på max 2 tim vara acceptabelt och genomförbart.

The e-mail-shattered remnants of Swedish Mail can't afford to pay mailmen to deliver mail to individual houses in our housing area anymore. Part of the reason is that much of it is large mail-order packages these days.
So they've just told us that they expect us to put our mailboxes in one spot at the boundary line of the area, like how it's done in peripheral summer house areas.

Miksi ei voi vain lähettää numerokoodin jolla boksin saisi auki? Miksi appi ja bluetooth vaatimus?

Så når PostNord leverer en pakke i pakkeshop, modtager man ikke længere koden direkte i mail/sms men skal ind på deres app eller hjemmeside, en hjemmeside som naturligvis ikke virker uden javascript. Hvorfor? Er det mon så de kan indsamle mere data om én?
Er det bare mig som er vildt træt af denne udvikling? Og hvad fanden gør jeg egentlig nu, hvis jeg gerne vil hente min pakke?

Väntar på att ett paket som lastades på bil 08:13 skall komma fram till utlämningsstället.
Verkar som de har långa dagar på #Postnord -
FedEx are amazing. I ordered something on the 30th of Dec, day before New Years Eve, and they managed to pick it up in the afternoon and get it over to Sweden already in the morning of the 2nd of Jan!
Well, that's to Sweden. That's still, you know, just in a facility ~40 kilometers from the actual destination address, and unfortunately they didn't manage to get it out that day. And then it's the weekend, so the next planned delivery date became on the following Monday (yesterday).
Progress happened at 11am, where they handed over the package to a "trusted third party" for the actual last mile delivery: the Swedish postal office. They immediately notified me they had a package for delivery which I'll get ... on Thursday.
(FedEx kept claiming throughout the day that I would get it yesterday though, apparently they have no insight into what a "trusted third party" actually does with the packages they hand over)
So. FedEx managed to send a package from the US* to Sweden in 3.5 days over New Years, for the package then needing an additional 6.5 days to travel the last 40 kilometers.
Star Trek transporters and/or replicators cannot come soon enough.
