What a surprise. The #USPS has changed the rules for the #postmark date of mail. As of last Wednesday, December 24, the postmark date is the day they #process the mail piece, NOT the day you drop it off. If you do #VBM, try to find a secure #dropbox. If you can’t, put your #ballot in the mail far ahead of time or, if you can, take it to the #postoffice and have the agent there #postmark it in front of you. #votersuppression
