Sto facendo fatica a far girare #PokeMMO su #ArkOS con #PortMaster, nonostante
- Abbia rinominato correttamente la rom posizionata in roms/
- Copiato l'exe e la cartella data della versione portable di PokeMMO senza sovrascrivere i dati già presenti nella cartella del port
- Scaricato i runtime richiestiAll'avvio vedo il logo PokeMMO su nero col cursore che si blocca dopo pochi secondi e non fa più niente. Voi avete provato? Vi funziona?

Ne approfitto anche per domandare se esistano giochi, possibilmente #FOSS, supportati. Al momento ho solo provato i porting come #Apotris o #Mindustry ma non tutti vanno come dovrebbero, altri non vanno proprio (vedasi #Luanti). Mi piacerebbe usare il più possibile giochi liberi e innovativi. Sapete se esiste qualcosa anche su itch.io o altri lidi? Quello che ho trovato finora è tramite #PortMaster su #MuOS.

@matchboxbananasynergy well I use Tor(something i fear saying for being a target), Signal, Portmaster And their SPN( because Setting up a firewall in linux is too hard, but too dangerous not to use) And Arch linux BTW(because no other distro comes with a manual)

@Catweazle El #PortMaster promete, el #Optimizer no tanto, ya que la mitad de las cosas ya las hace #Debotnet.
Las optimizaciones las tengo aprendidas hace tiempo: hibernación desactivada, indexación desactivada, archivo swap con tamaño fijo, programas al inicio de Windows solo los imprescindibles, y con retardo en la ejecución si no es necesaria disponibilidad inmediata…
El resto ya es por limitaciones del propio hardware, es el que es; se le puede hacer más cosas, sí, pero sale más rentable comprar equipo nuevo. Todavía tiene conectores PS/2…😮

@Catweazle También elimino las telemetrías, lo hago todo con #Debotnet, es el “limpiador de Windows “más completo que he encontrado.
Gracias por el aporte; probaré el #PortMaster, promete. Da la sensación que es como el Firewall avanzado de Windows, pero más simple.
Por otra parte el hardware es el que es, los tiempos de carga y apagado de W11 eran eternos, así que he vitaminado el ordenador al máximo de la motherboard y he dejado W10. Ya cuando empiece a renquear el equipo será la hora de comprar uno nuevo.
No son pasos laboriosos, es la forma que tenemos los #geeks para adaptar Windows a nuestras necesidades.😏
