One of the things I thought was that most fun to see at the #portlandretrogamingexpo was the Candy Cabinet running "Azumanga Daioh Puzzle Bobble". I thought I was the only one weird enough to have played that game, let alone play it on an arcade cabinet.

I didn't take a picture of the two copies of Xenogears I saw on the #PortlandRetroGamingExpo convention floor this year but it seems like prices have gone down a bit: they were going for $150-180ish used, but complete in box.

Prices for some NES titles that I thought were *INSANE*. Mega Man 5 is rare, so that's a collector's item only. But $45 for Super Mario Bros 2, one of the most common games on the platform? Robbery! High prices on beloved games was a pricing strategy.

Pinball games that are band-themed are so hot right now! Here’s the Foo Fighters table which is good and has lots of fun toys on the table. The monster will catch your ball in in the middle of the table and the captive ball zips around the UFO.
