The Clyde is brushed in copper and gold,
As the sky ignites, a sight to behold.
The cranes of Port Glasgow stand tall and still,
Against the red fire of the evening hill.#PortGlasgow #Sunset #RiverClyde #Scotland #GoldenHour #SunsetPhotography #SkyOnFire #NoFilterNeeded #sunset #photo #landscape #nature #beautyinnature #scotland #scotishnature #scotlandnature #naturalbeauty

Scotland has several "Newark Castles". This one can be found overlooking the River Clyde in Port Glasgow, immediately to the east of one of the river's few remaining active shipyards. Parts of it date back to around 1480. More pics and info: https://www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/portglasgow/newarkcastle/index.html
