Was expecting some rain here today. A little while ago, the sky turned dark, the wind picked up and things cooled down a bit, and there was some thunder.

And that's it. Everything cleared up about ten minutes later. I feel cheated.

It seems the 10 day outlook has cooled a little. Instead of mid 90's to low 100's every day, it's cooled to just low to high 90's.

Thank goodness. /sarcasm

On the brighter side, we're forecast for some rain today, tomorrow, and Thursday, and again on Sunday. That will be very welcome.

Just took our dog out for a potty break, and it's 103℉ with not even a slight breeze. It was very peaceful and quiet, almost eerily so, because nobody in their right mind would be out and about right now.
