The Po is a sad, inaccessible, unloved river here. The tall dyke is right by the shore, almost no places to get to the water. No swimming, nobody fishing, no water sports, nobody even fishing.
They seem to have tried some 20 years ago (maybe only EU moniez pumping?) and built some spots with piers, but they are neglected and decayed to trash.
