@FluentInFinance Well, more or less the same here, in the other side of the Atlantic. Maybe we could buy some better quality products like olive oil and fresher food but same quantity. #CPI on December will rise for sure. Eggs, good fish or seafood, special meat for Christmas and chocolates +100%

It's like the income tax only its on what you buy not what you earn. Not any different than a national sales tax.
It is also a #regressiveTax, what you pay, as a percentage of what you earn, is higher on #poorPeople
It also allows other corps to raise the price of their goods.
