Ooh, new #Polymaker PETG formula. I like the old stuff, but it spaghetti-fies if you try to print too fast. #3DPrinting

Just wanted to show 3D printed #ttrpg dice, because they came out pretty good.

Printer is Bambu Lab A1 mini, 0.2mm nozzle with Polymaker Starlight Nebula PLA.
I manually colored the numbers with acryllic paint and removed the excess using nail polish remover.

They will be used in the next #dsa5 session. 🎲

Purchased a #polymaker #polydryer from #amazon The box was missing the dryer dock. Is this an Amazon problem or a #polymaker issue? This seems like it would be a mfg issue during packaging. Everything looked okay outside and inside of the box. I've started buying from places other than #amazon due to the number of issues that I've had over the last year.

Well into a 12-hour print for my #LabRax 10-inch homelab rack.

Well at long last I got #Polymaker PETG printing on the #Flashforge #AD5M. By limiting flow to 4 mm^3/s.

It prints adequately, by which I mean filament mostly stays where it was laid and the nozzle doesn't collect a ton of goop. For as loud as the machine is, it really doesn't do a great job of cooling.

My A1 will supposedly do 4 times the flow, though that doesn't translate into printing in 1/4 the time.

@alios Ich drucke ausschließlich nur noch mit PETG von #polymaker. Bisher im Ausseneinsatz null Probleme gehabt und das Zeug ist bereits seit vielen Monaten der Natur ausgesetzt.

In a break from the electronics madness of this week we took some time out to add glitter to these #3dprinted #Christmas decorations. Part of our annual tradition in which we create custom decorations for our kids school friends themed after their class names. This year we have Phoenix and Blue Herons. I still remember the olden days when we used to use salt dough and cookie cutters!

This years decs were printed with metallic filaments from #Polymaker .

Although this does mean the earlier incident probably wasn’t a false positive. The printer wouldn’t print, but I had no issues extruding manually, and at least one subsequent print went fine.

It’s #Polymaker #PolyTerra and I have seen people saying it can be a little weird. #3DPrinting

So. Die Tage neue Filament angekommen. #Polymaker #PolyTerra PLA Banana, Cotton White, Peanut und Sapphire Blue. Dazu zwei Rollen ASA in Weiß und Hellgrau. Das ASA ist jetzt seit knapp 3h bei 70º im Backofen zum Trocknen.

Anwendung: Bento Box drucken (https://www.printables.com/de/model/272525-bentobox-v20-carbon-filter-for-bambu-lab-x1c-enclo) und Winkel für einen Holzrahmen eins Fliegen/Mückengitters für unser Küchenfenster (damit wir nicht die Tür auflassen müssen).

Hat jemand schon mal mit ASA auf dem Bambulab P1S gedruckt?

I placed some activated alumina dessicant in with my spool of Carbon Fiber Nylon a few hours ago, and yeah so far it is working far better than silica gel. We'll see where things are by the end of the weekend. I might finally be able to print.

Not shown, after taking the first photo, I barely had the Polybox open for a minute, when it shot up to 30% humidity. I imagine that recovered quicker than the other 4%.

@luckyresistor I recently also decided to exclusively use cardboard spools. They are perfectly fine, and never get any shipping damage. But they are a lot easier and environment friendly to dispose of. It's a bummer #prusa3d keeps holding on to plastic spools, so I switched to #Polymaker instead.

This is a pressure advance tuning test print in #Polymaker ABS. Just look at those walls. So uniform! This is with the stock kit Phaetus Dragon HF hotend from #Siboor #Voron R0.2 kit

My latest #3dprint of the prusacaster guitar model. Done with an ASA core and PLA body parts. ASA really tends to crack under the pressures a stringed guitar neck put on the saddle which is attached to the ASA core so it took a bit of reprinting and filament tweaking to get a good fit. Still have some body separation after a few days but good enough. Printed with #polymaker Black ASA and 3F Fuel Fire Engine Red, #BambuLab Matte Black and Matt White PLA.

Printed the new changes to my tv console that plays games off 3 1/2 inch floppies. I need to get a replacement usb cable, and I plan to do more videos on this project. I might make slight changes to the console where the back is slightly longer so cables don't dangle out and the front so you wont see the metal around the floppy drive.

Somehow managed to loose two rolls of filament during my house move! Have ordered a couple of rolls of #polymaker #polyterra to get me #3dprinting again.

Lots of little temporary things for the house will be coming this week while we decide on longer term additions to our home!
