I suppose I'm back now that FediLab is behaving again.

Been shoulder-deep in NiteFlirt and my job satisfaction is through the roof.

We've also been in the process of moving LP2 into my home and my former NP out.

I got LP2's cats (I call them the Bang Bros) fixed on Friday, so I'm lounging around his old place supervising them so they stay in their cones.

After a week of busting my ass, I'm ready to sleep over W LP1 tomorrow night, and have LP2 for his normal visit on Saturday.

I mentioned being excited about LP2 bringing me cookies - he informed me he's also bringing me new pillows "because the old ones are cursed and Princess deserves better than that."

...dude.🫠

I find it charming and beneficial he's making my bedroom more comfortable for himself too. 🥰

Still debating finally dropping the L-word to him this weekend. #SCWOTZ

Local Partner 2's bedroom cleanup support has been rigorous.

He threw away a ziplock full of 4-year-old washi tape and I had to swallow the impulse to have a conniption.

At least he let me keep the washi tape in my little plastic tape dispenser... 😂

...the thin plastic line between my sanity and primal scrëm at having my #stationary threatened! AHHH!

Relaxing after a long evening of cleaning my room with the help of L2. Super helpful to have somebody able-bodied and with no investment in NP's or my mess make some big changes my NP couldn't get around to.

I'll finally be able to use my desk soon!

I also told her that in the future, I can and will be more tactful if I need to change plans on her -

there are absolutely better ways I could have communicated that we suddenly had a limited window of time,

and another 10-25 minutes of chitchat wrapping up the evening wouldn't have hurt us. (13/14) #SCWOTZ #polyFats

My normal etiquette for getting alone time in the past when I'd just have partners hanging in the living room was to just calmly ask or text her for some privacy in the near future.

I *want* my people hanging out. I love that they get along and I enjoy talking with them both/all at once.

NP is used to that! And enjoys seeing LP2 a lot as well, they have a lot in common to talk about.
