In defense of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦, a Renaissance-era treatise by Italian diplomat Niccolò #Machiavelli, think of it less as a manual for tyrants and more as simply an explanation for the nature of politics, in which only the greatest seek to maximize their power, regardless of the morality of how they do it.
