Free, frugal, cold plunge footspa, with epsom salts, for my tired feet. You can see a surgical scar on top of my left foot. That's from when a team of surgeons did 3 surgeries, back to back, to correct my rollover polio foot & build a new metal footbridge inside that foot. I have 6 scars on the left foot but you can only see one of them in this photo. I had 30 different surgeries, all polio treatment related, by age 20. I flatlined during 3 of those childhood surgeries & had to be electrocuted back to life, all 3 times. I value life, a lot, because I have almost lost my life multiple times before becoming a full grown adult.

I got these kid size 2 boots for free, from side of road free bin. They're comfy.
I wear 2 different shoe sizes. Size 8 women's, with leg braces on. Size 2 girls, without my leg braces on.

@IanMoore3000 I am paralyzed for life from polio vaccine (Saigon 1975) & was a keynote speaker for Lions International for 25 years on polio eradication global campaigns. We faced many similar ignorant mindsets, like yours, over that time. I am forever disabled but still know how vaccines & masking up helped to stop more deaths & disabilities to billions around the world. I am a big picture thinker/practicer. Despite being paralyzed for life - I know vaccines & masking up helped stop more millions from dying & becoming disabled for life. I care more about people who have never faced any disabilities than anyone who has never suffered any lifelong disabilities has ever extended to me.

My Dad was socially murdered by unmasked health care staff in intensive care unit by unmasked hospital staff. He died 3 years ago.

Unmasked reckless people are feeding eugenics. Straight up.

It gets extremely hot, wearing two long leg braces to work in gardens. I have to wear socks with them.
I need shade breaks to avoid heating up too much. Grateful for comfy shady rest area!

My friend, Lyrica, introduced me to this lake 🥰 We've been back a few times since this day. We took a small inflatable boat out & paddled to far end of lake. There was only 4 other people at lake at other end.
