I mean, whether you want to celebrate the coronation or not, you do you, but it’s extremely worrying when the police can just turn up early in the morning and arrest protesters for unloading placards still sealed in plastic wrap from the printer’s from a van.
The charge? Some bogus nonsense that the straps *could* be used to “lock on” to buildings and city infrastructure.
What kind of democracy is this? I thought freedom of speech was our most important tenet in the UK?
