The #SexCrime issues stem from a now deceased city employee who ran the local #PAL aka #POLICEActivitiesLeague for young people and molested over 200 kids. City employee Eric Uller’s background check in 1991 revealed that he was previously arrested for #molestation of a minor, but was still allowed to run an #afterschool program at behest of #police dept youth org affiliate on city property.
