I've been watching a lot of JRose11 on YouTube recently. His Gen 1 #Pokemon runs are amazing and highly recommended.

So, of course, feeling inspired, I am currently playing #PokemonRed on my #RetroAchievements crusade. A fun little achievement I have seen in the set of Brand Loyalty, beating the Elite 4 using a team of version exclusives.

For Red, this would be a team of Arcanine. Arbok, Vileplume, Primeape, Scyther, and Electabuzz.
It's not a fantastic team in terms of coverage, but I am down to give this a shot.

I wonder if I can tie in the Professor Perfect achievement, which sets a level cap of 60 for the team and nobody fainting!

May need to exploit some Gen 1 jankiness!

The run is underway. I'm currently in Cerulean prepping for Misty. I intend to record the attempt when I hit the E4, so watch this space!
