I did it. I found the worst early game encounter in the history of Pokemon nuzlocke runs.

Like. A fast tank is literally the most worthless Pokemon. Add to that that this tank has _zero_ def IVs? Hahahhahahahhaa.

This is even worse than the slow starly I found.
