@cazabon @LJ I agree 100% and was tooting about my issues with it at least a month ago. All I got in return were explanations of why it's a #GoodThing.🙄 It seems to be a workaround for shortcomings in the way federation handles hashtags. I say fix the shortcomings. In the meantime, I just add a lot of #pointless #hashtags to my #toots to make tags.pub #WorkHarder.
Also, it really pisses me off that the system converts #CamelCase to #lowercase.

I'll first point out that I'm not depressed. I still experience joy, and purpose.
At the same time, when I do anything, I cannot help but think that from the perspective of the cosmos, everything I do is pointless.
I can love. I can hate. In a thousand years, what will be the impact of this love or this hate? What about a hundred thousand years, or a million years?
I know I'm in a rut, and either this is just too much thinking or me not thinking straight, but I'm not fond of what's going on in my brain.

There are some apps I will never fully grasp the point of.
Here's one, acting more or less like a slimmed down password manager without password storage ...
Why I don't grasp this one? I have a password manager keeping the same information (and more), syncs between all devices (end-to-end encrypted, so even more secure) ... then adding data into yet another app seems quite redundant and pointless.
