Thanks to Jacob Shimanski from AMI, for reminding me that reaper is completely customizable. Just because there’s a default key stroke that doesn’t mean you have to stick with that default keystroke set. The E now jumps to the beginning of my time selection, skips back a little bit, and then plays skipping time selection. This allows me to preview my time selection before taking an action on it to ensure it sounds the way I expect it to. #ReaperTips #PodcastEditing #Audio

Learned a new trick from Jeff Emtman. You can add text as item in Reaper. Do this: menu Insert > Empty item, then double click on it to put some text/script in the empty item.
