Mit "Unergründliche Meere" ist eine Spielhilfe zu allem maritimen Belangen für DSA erschienen. Die Vorstellung der Meere und besonderer Schauplätze gelingt gut, die Aspekte Seefahrt und Schiffe kommen mir stellenweise zu kurz.

I love liquidsoap because paradoxally i feel like it's my own, favorite temporality of livecoding.
Tweaking, writing scripts is so painstaking but I love to take so much time to progress, it's a long run. And meanwhile, just listen, learn, think, write, do your things, swing, stim, wander.
It's interpreter is dramatically slow but as is the experience of listening to a radio station. Taking time, doing something else meanwhile.
I love it as it is: vibing with collective algorithms and their contents on a daily basis, listening to other people's creations assembled quasi-randomly, intertwined with live interventions.
It's an object of agency. It can be such an interface to communicate between different people, to listen to each others, to compose an asychronous ensemble.
Some streams are super small and simple, some very standard yet powerful, some abstract and mysterious. It makes me appreciate genres I wouldn't otherwise.
That's what I love the most with TT-node. Living my life among this collection of sound-machine-creatures. Surely my favorite daily cyborg activity.

Wuhuuuuu just finished giving my first international, radio art workshop at BEK in Bergen, Norway! It was so demanding in terms of preparation, patience, perseverance...
But the result is super rewarding: the 13 participants all liked it, were mega focused and curious. They found it inspiring, exciting and they were happy for their first experience using the command line, on RPis via SSH only to setup stream/FM boxes running linux, liquidsoap, pifm and the TT-node infrastructure.
I'm also glad that we could do it all work without buying so much new stuff even though having to deal with 5 different models was quite challenging...
It's well worth a 17€ (!!!!) IPA by the sea after all these few weeks of stress dealing with administrations, code, hardware... besides all the daily life and projects!

CW: Making-up 💅 La minuinale depuis la hacqueen house of Hackstub
:amaze: Ohlala je me réjouis d'avance, quelque chose de super va se passer ce soir !
Un mashup d'ateliers est en train d'émerger pour ce soir en plus de la [email protected] à partir de 21h puisqu'à 19h on va se retrouver à la @hackstub pour un atelier drag/hacqueen. On a prévu d'y imaginer des personnages, leur costume et maquillage et des scénarios de performance, des chorés, des chansons...
Le principe serait donc de profiter du stream de la minuinale pour réaliser mon rêve d'une émission "making-up" : un moment d'extimité collective autour du maquillage, de l'essayage de fringues. Vu que ça colle assez bien avec l'atelier d'avant, on s'est dit avec @cdabo qu'on pourrait faire l'émission en direct de l'atelier et toujours en libre-antenne pour vous inviter à venir papoter avec nous, discuter représentations et performativité de genre, dysphorie (qu'on soit cis ou trans) et autres douleurs, normativité dans le monde de la nuit, VSS, adelphité, etc.

Pas que je sois une grande fan des traditions mais pour ce #8mars j'ai eu envie de profiter de l'invitation de marika de @NbYr, Sarah T. Brown et @juliedeskcoutureau de #pnode pour faire un stream depuis la manif antifa à #Strasbourg, qui sera mixé en live à partir de 14h pour diffuser une grande manif sonore sur les ondes et sur https://p-node.org.
Et puis ça m'a donné envie de pimper un peu le #queergo pour l'occasion ! Bon j'avoue que j'ai pris le premier tissu qui m'est tombé sous la main et que je me suis donc laissée aller à un peu d'autodérision quand même aussi. :blob_cat_patpat: :bowsette_blonde:

Ce mardi 10 décembre à 19h30, le Mardi Informel de La Générale reçoit Technopolice Paris-Banlieue,.
Depuis le printemps dernier et jusqu'à mars 2025, Paris et sa banlieue sont le terrain d'expérimentations de nouvelles technologies de surveillance notamment par intelligence artificielle, autorisées par la loi dite "loi JO". Le groupe Technopolice Paris-Banlieue documente et visibilise depuis bientôt un an, les différentes "expérimentations" menées tant par la préfecture de police, les transports franciliens ou les acteurs privés.
Des enquêtes de terrain, des demandes d'accès aux données personnelles ou à des documents publics ont permis aux membres du groupe de comprendre le fonctionnement des outils de surveillance par IA.
Lors de son intervention, le groupe Technopolice Paris-Banlieue présentera les différents éléments collectés, qui permettent de comprendre le fonctionnement de ces systèmes peu visibles qui impactent tant la vie des francilien·nes.

How do we abandon the current standard models of AI and tech services and advocate for inclusive technologies?
From December 13 to December 15, the arts organisation VEKTOR Athens presents the International Radio Conference “Figure it Out: The Art of Living through System Failures”, curated by Katerina Gkoutziouli. For three consecutive days, from 14.00 to 18.00 EET, artists, curators, activists, academics, researchers and technologists discuss their counter strategies and practices in the technological realm. Through three key areas, namely: Figure it Out: Art & Tech, Figure it Out: Environment & Tech and Figure it Out: Community & Tech, the radio conference reflects a growing realization that the current tech landscape is rife with disparities and shortcomings that need to be addressed.

Wir haben beschlossen, dass der Ausfall von einer Person ok ist und trotzdem gespielt wird. Wenn möglich, wird der Charakter einfach rausgelassen oder von den anderen mitgespielt.
Nach der Session wird dann bestimmt, wer von den anderen Spielern (nicht der SL) bis zur nächsten Runde den fehlenden Spieler auf den aktuellen Stand bringt, ihm also erzählt, was alles passiert ist.

Es passiert endlich wieder was in #Hamburg. Neben einer #dnd und #DCC Runde wo ich mitspiele, habe ich auch eine neue #Shadowrun 6 Gruppe ins Leben gerufen.
Alles in Persona am Tisch, ich freu mich so drauf!
