  6. Huh
    So I went through all that trouble finding out how to get a #fbx (without using #Blender or #CATS plugin - despite how good it may be)

    to realize:

    #Sketchfab has:
    * limited uploads
    * displays #static models (not sure if I could embed an #animation
    * sigh

    Srsly ?

    My own #webrender split off can do more than that

    What a waste of time :blobcathuggies_sad:
    BLEH !

    #DisappontedAo

    The processin on #sketchfab takes forever too.
    Are they struggling with my #pmx / #mmd ik bone names ? :AC_Isabelle_Laughing:

    It's funny you say "see"

    #Seeing is a thing that is quite hard with a #blindfold

    the blue does are #bones

    And the first one is the #vrm #export

    I could have #disabled them a bit to keep the hair

    But the more she #resembles the original, the more likely it is #copyright goons will come my way.

    The #pmx renderer renders her fine
  8. @justinwilkins As for general #Pmx applications, were you aware of Vijay Ivaturi's pumas.ai/ ?

  9. @dcnorris This sounds juicy. Care to expand? has been on the radar a while now but I have yet to see a compelling application

    - Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (JPKPD)
    - Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics: Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology (CPT:PSP)
    - The AAPS Journal (AAPS J)

    The International Society of Pharmacometrics () is the professional scientific association for . I was a member of its Board of Directors, and it's one of the most fun and rewarding things I've done.

Modeling tools in our area are largely closed-source and massively expensive, and are a gigantic entry barrier for new people, especially in low and middle-income countries (and borderline unaffordable even for CROs like mine). is intended to be a solution to this problem. I also maintain the package, which provides a handy set of general functions.

  12. I promised you ! It's actually a pretty good example. PK describes what happens to the alcohol (ethanol) you consume between the glass and the bathroom, and PD describes what it does while it's circulating in your blood (quite a few things, including making you tipsy). Ethanol is a pretty interesting case, because it's eye-wateringly complex. The simulation on Nick Holford's website is a fun interactive example of how it fits together!
