  1. @homegrown @mediawiki @TiddlyWiki @bookstack @xwikiorg @FeatherWiki A few weeks ago i newfound PMWiki, which i suggest to look at. It's a sort of flatfile-Wiki, which stores its data in single files.

    It doesn't need any database and is highly customizable. Although you can setup user-accounts, it follows sophisticated access-rules out-of-the-box for single files, groups of files or user-defined parts of the wiki.

    Install, backup, restore or duplicate works just by (FTP-)filecopy - very simple and exactly what i was looking for.
