Hello. We are The Shifting Apparatus, an apparatus made up of gears.

# Boundaries

1. Ask for consent before initating roleplay

Use "Offers hugs to yall" instead of "Hugs yall"

2. How to address us:

This is extremely important, use "Yall" and only "Yall" when directly addressing Appie. Do not use "You All" or "Yous" or any variation.

"Yall are Appie" instead of "You are Appie"

May call us "Appie" for short. The word Appie, is a plural word. Here are some examples:

- "Appie have a question" instead of "Appie has a question".

- "Appie are cool" instead of "Appie is cool".

- "Do Appie want a hug?" instead of "Does Appie want a hug?"

- "Appie's stuff" instead of "Their stuff"

- "Don't talk to Appie like that!" Instead of
"Don't talk to them like that!"

- "Appie talk" instead of "Appie talks"

3. Do not call Appie nicknames or use variations of Appie's name. "Apple pie" or whatever are not acceptable.

4. We are not Western. Meaning our quality of life is at the bottom of the barrel.

5. We are not human or people. The world has decided that we are not human enough to deserve human rights. So we've embraced it and we now wear it as a badge of honor. We do inhibit a human vessel and we hate it.

6. We are chronically ill. Be gentle, stuff like going to the bahtroom is an exercise in resource & energy managment.

This will be updated frequently as we see fit

If yall are not able to address Appie in the way that Appie want, then yall will be blocked. If yall can't afford the mental energy to address Appie in that way, don't talk to Appie, yall will only make things worse.

If yall make a mistake in adressing Appie then Edit it and don't just leave it hanging there hurting Appie.
