There were a couple dozen trees/shrubs, including white pine, elderberry, snowberry, and mulberry. Along with about a dozen hostas, penstemon, nodding onion, and many other plants I couldn't identify (few had labels).

"I am going to put out a big tarp today to kill off the weeds in the vacant plots. Then in a week or so plant some pumpkin seeds to grow to give to rec for the kids to carve in the fall (or sell them by the side of the road to raise funds for the garden). Also I went a little overboard on seedlings this year, I have a few different kinds of peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, i think spaghetti squash, let me know if you want any i can leave them at the garden some time this week."
