Dieser ist zwar sehr klein geblieben, aber dass er an diesem Ort überlebte, ist erstaunlich. Blutweiderich dient 12 Wildbienenarten, 15 Schmetterlingsarten & 7 Raupenarten als Nahrungsquelle. Wir verwendeten ihn als Heilpflanze.

All but one of my #aroid #corms are emerging from their winter rest. Dracunculus vulgaris was the first out of the gate but Taccarum weddellianum (pictured), Typhonium venosum (typical form and 'Indian Giant'), and Amorphophallus konjac are all well on their way. Arisaema candidissima is just peaking through. Arisaema consanguineum is the hold out but I suspect it will get started on spring growth soon.
