One of the simplest steps an individual can take toward a sustainable planet for ourselves and future generations is to switch dairy milk for plant milk.
Soya and oat milk are the most environmentally friendly, with remarkably low impacts compared to cow's milk. (Both when considering resource use and emissions per litre.)
A portion of soya milk uses around 95% less land and freshwater than a portion of cow's milk, and releases 70% fewer emissions.

THERE IS NO REASON "Plant-Based #milk" should cost more than cow's milk.
The cost of production is WAY lower when you take into account the cost of animal feed & care.) Plants consume WAY less water (even thirsty Almond trees) and are FAR more beneficial to the environment.
No Lactose and more calcium.
If #PlantMilk were priced accordingly (cheaper), I think more people would choose it over animal milk.

I want to let mine go ahead and flower but if there is excess I will try with almond and coconut. The stems also produce a bright yellow food grade dye so the curd should be stained yellow?
