Final day of the #Rosetta #DustWorkshop. Very nice social dinner (and drinks) last night, but today is going to be a struggle! I will be presenting my #67P thermal modelling results just before lunch, and then leading a spinoff discussion this afternoon - hopefully I can stay awake! #PlanetSci

If you want a spacecraft that might be able to actually fly by something like #3I/ATLAS.
(Although the most likely destination for Comet Interceptor remains a new-to-us long period solar system comet.)

Kiitos #Helsinki for an excellent #EPSCDPS #EPSCDPS2025! Talk and a poster presented, session co-chaired, and discussions with about a million collaborators and colleagues! All in all, extremely tiring but very productive 🙂 See you all in the Netherlands for #EPSC2026 ! #PlanetSci

Ramses and the Apophis flyby will be super exciting for #PlanetSci and #PlanetaryDefence. On top of all the detailed science, the closeness should allow near real-time streaming of HD video from the surface of the #asteroid at the same time as some parts of the world can see it from the ground!

Had an interesting talk about Arrokoth in a recent #CometInterceptor meeting. Will be fascinating to compare the appearance of this Kuiper belt object in situ with an incoming comet from there or the Oort cloud #PlanetSci
