Amazing grease
How sweet the basil
That glazed my pizza cheese -
O beautiful
Four pizza pies
With amber mugs of beer
For pepperoni, mushrooms and
Pineapple we hold dear
Oh Pizza Hut
Oh Dominos
Digiorno cannot please
And crown thy crust
With garlic dust
From edge to edge with cheese -
There's a lady who's sure all that pineapple is gold
And she's buying a pizza from Dominos
When she gets there she knows if the parmesan shakers are all closed
With a word she can get extra bacon
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, and she's buying a pizza from Dominos -
In a white crust with black olives near the bacon
Red roof building, no gold pineapple, tired scallions
Sausage crumbles ran down mushrooms in your dark pies
Dawn light smiles on you leaving, my contentment -
We had olives, we had onions
We had seasonings in the sun
But the pepperonis and pineapple
Would have been better with some thyme -
so much depends
upon
a red roofed
Pizzeria
glazed with
marinara
beside the white
meat chicken
