I got USB-C Display out working reliably with some patches. It also needs a userspace program that triggers the vendor USB HAL to actually register for USB-C events, which usually happens automatically on Android. I also believe this is the first time a Pixel 9a outputs something else than 1080p: I found the vendor property that configures the preferred resolution, which is otherwise hardcoded to 1920x1080 #ubuntutouch #ubports #pixel9a #mobilelinux

Wenn es auf #ubuntutouch eine gut funktionierende(!) Podcast-App gibt und auch das drumherum okay funktioniert, ist mein nächstes Handy ein Volla-Phone.
Akku-Leistung war bei meinen bisherigen Tests "Bombe"! (Besitze bereits das erste Volla-Phone)

Update on my Pixel9a.
So I'm liking the phone & loving GrapheneOS😃
I got most of my Apps installed & setup
but no matter what I do, I can't get evil X App to work.
It will not let me login, gives an login error.🙄
Other than that it takes some getting use to going from Android 10 to 16 LOL.
One thing is the side buttons are reversed so I go to turn off my screen & hit volume.

Yes I turn on screen buttons, I hate this gestures😒BS.

So that night installing GrapheneOS was easy after I went through hell in trying to get Chromium with Web-USB on my Non-Main PC running kubuntu v24.04.4 LTS.
After an Hr of trying I gave up & moved onto trying to get Chrome on the system but that also was a bitch but not as hard as Chromium🙄
After I was done with Chrome I used TimeShift to make it like evil chrome was never on my system.
I hate Chrome & Chromium.

Hé bien... aucun souci, la trace enregistrée correspond bien au parcours que j'ai suivi, aucun saut. Donc je dirais que ça vient de #Oruxmaps mon problème, mais bizarre quand même, ça ne fait que lire la donnée fournie par le téléphone. Bref, à restester avec Oruxmaps pour voir, vu qu'il y a eu une màj de GrapheneOS hier. A suivre.
