Pity Sex - Dark World (EP)
Close your eyes and Pity Sex sounds like they came up with the original shoegazers, but..nope. This, their first EP, came out in 2013.
They burned hot and fast, breaking up in 2016...which, in some ways, is appropriate, given how miserablist their lyrics are...but that doesn't mean they're not good.
They're probably just sad you're enjoying yourself.

Excellent find from a used bin today!
Some muscly, shoegaze-y #post punk from Ann Arbour, Michigan. Tight and mean sounding in places, really hooky and melodic in others.
First song right off the top, βWind Upβ is really good, and the record maintains that level of awesomeness throughout.
Start to finish, pretty great. Especially if you like that dark, meaty shoegaze music.
