since flowering is one of the most sensitive phase throughout a plant's life we decided to take a closer look. we trained an AI-based model that allow to detect pea flowers on RGB- images. with that, we were able to gain insights in flower dynamics and density of various genotypes white flower

A very plain and simple #Kapucijners with #spekkies.
#FieldPeas (#PisumSativum var. #arvense) with fried #lard dice.
Usually served with spoonful of the fat that was rendered out of the lard.I think it traditionally was eaten with a bit of sugar syrup, though I preferred to eat it with a bit of curry-spiced ketchup.
