On January 29, 2025, #EnergyFuels announced that it reached an agreement with #NavajoNation was regarding uranium ore transport regulations ending the temporary
transportation pause. The agreement includes Energy Fuels to take 10,000 tons of abandoned uranium mine (#AUM) waste from Navajo Nation to the #WhiteMesaMill, in #Utah impacting #Ute
relatives. On January 30, 2025, Energy Fuels announced transport of uranium from #PinyonPlainUraniumMine across Western Navajo Nation to #WhiteMesa Mill to begin on or around February 12, 2025."
