Podranea ricasoliana, called the #pinktrumpetvine, is a flowering plant in the genus Podranea, native to South Africa, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia.
I love the subtle whites and pinks, as well as the visible vein-like appearance in the centre of its ‘trumpet’ section, within its flowering head.
Its leaves are so healthy and vibrant too.
Delicate. Pretty.

This is a #queenofshibavine.
Also known as a #pinktrumpetvine, because if it’s elongated flowers. It is a flowering plant native to #SouthAfrica, #Malawi, #Mozambique and #Zambia.
It grows as an evergreen, and can reach a height of 5 metres.
The pink flowers have reddish stripes in the centre, with darker veins - I had a sniff and they were fragrant as anything!
